Chrissy Singer set a personal best and new school record when she cleared 10’ 00” in the State Pole Vault competition on Thursday. Singer needed three attempts to clear 9’6” to remain in the event, then cleared 10’00” on her first jump. Singer was unable to clear the next height, but her school record jump was good enough for 3rd place.
Julianne Wilson added another medal by placing 5th in the Long Jump with a jump of 16’ 7.75”.
Shateria Smith came in 8th place for the Bruisers in the Shot Put.
